Since 1977, The Wright Agency has been operating right here in Chester County, PA where it has served the insurance needs of families and businesses alike. Owned and operated by the Wright family since day one, The Wright Agency is a family of insurance professionals who are all deeply rooted in the local community. John Wright, agency owner and co-founder, was born and raised in West Chester, PA and has lived in Chester County all his life. His wife, and co-founder of the business, Fran Wright, was born and raised in Coatesville, PA and has also lived her whole life here. The two settled in Downingtown in the early 1970’s and The Wright Agency has been here ever since.

Their son, Jonathan Wright, who is the 2nd generation in the business, was born and raised in Downingtown, PA. He currently lives in Downingtown, PA and is very active in the Downingtown & surrounding Western Chester County region. Jonathan’s wife, Maria, is the most recent addition to the fully-licensed family of agents and has been a critical part of taking the business into the next generation. The whole Wright family is involved in the community and has been for many years. This local connection translates into expert knowledge of the area for their clients along with the ability to service local families and businesses unlike anyone else.
